We are pleased to invite you to the first meeting of the ICED Special Interest Group (SIG) dedicated to creating spaces for exchange and dialogue among academic developers from around the world.

This first meeting is conceived as an informal and interactive gathering with the goal of creating a moment for collective dialogue and reflection on common challenges in academic development. We will use a facilitated, reflective approach to support reflection on our roles and contexts, sharing of practices and experiences, open discussion of open questions in academic development.
The aim of the SIG is to build an ongoing, supportive community where academic developers can learn from one another across institutional, national, and cultural boundaries.
You are very welcome to join us, whether you are new to ICED, experienced in academic development, or simply curious to connect with colleagues facing similar opportunities and challenges.
